This style of ski was popular during the 1930s and 1940s. The donor believes that they belonged to her uncle and were used at Howelsen Hill in the 1950s and possibly earlier. The donors uncle was in the Army, but wasn't much for sharing stories from this time in his life. The donor inherited the skis. Her family are Colorado pioneers. |
