Description |
Fyk-Lakk made by Alf Bjerchke's Fabrikker (Alf Bjerchke's Factories), Oslo, Glass bottle with plastic black top, Paper label, White, blue and red label with a ski jumper and crowdy, The factory name is in Danish and the description is in Norwegian, Text in lower right hand corner reads: "den beste hopp - og utfor lakk", This can be translated into English to say: "The best jump - and downhill lacquer", The sides read: "Meget ildsfarlig!" which means very flammable, Bottle contents are mostly empty with a little bit of lacquer hardened at the bottom, a "2" and "468" are engraved on the bottom |

Provenance |
This bottle was donated to the Museum in 1977 by Max Dercum. It was on display until 2017 and was taken down just before the 2018 renovation. The bottle was put into storage in June of 2018. |
